Delete your Waddle World account

Waddle World lets you permanently delete your account from the Android app. You need to be signed in to the account you want to delete.

Delete your account in Waddle World

  1. Open Waddle World and sign in to your account.
  2. On the map, tap the Settings gear.
  3. Under Account, open Advanced.
  4. Tap Delete my account.
  5. If asked, confirm your identity by signing in again.
  6. Review the confirmation, then tap Delete permanently.

What happens to your data

The deletion request removes your Waddle World account and its user-linked app records from Waddle World's database, including your pet, journals, recording records, todos and postcards. When deletion succeeds, the app signs you out.

Waddle World also starts cleanup of stored audio files and downstream analytics data. Those cleanup steps can finish separately from the in-app confirmation.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Limited technical records can remain after confirmation to prevent a deleted sign-in identity from recreating the account and to complete downstream deletion. They do not contain your Waddle World content.

Before you delete

If you want a copy of your Waddle World data first, use Download my data in the same Advanced section and save the ZIP before deleting your account.
